Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

We take the safety of our students seriously. Please review our Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures to ensure a safe, effective drop off and pick up process. 

Front Door/Main Entrance:

Come through these doors to access the office and/or cafeteria. Adults will need to have a government-issued identification and be buzzed in. 

All parents and legal guardians need to enter through these doors. 

Back Door/Patio:

Students may enter this door in the mornings. The doors open 20 min before school starts. Students must be ready to exit the vehicle quickly. There is no parking in the circle drive!

If you need to assist your child, utilize the parking lot and walk them up.

Which door do I use?

If students walk to school and live north of Tall Tree, they can use the front doors. 

If students walk to school and live on Tall Tree or South of Tall Tree, they can use the back doors. 

If students get driven to school on a school bus, they get dropped off at the front doors.

If students get driven to school in a vehicle that’s not a school bus, use the back doors. 

Where do I pick up my student?

Kindergarteners and Early Childhood students get picked-up at the back doors. 

Pre-K get picked-up from the main entrance. 1st graders get picked up from the doors south of the main entrance. 

2nd graders (without younger siblings) get picked up from the south doors on Tall Tree. 

3rd Graders get picked up from the Latchkey Entrance. 

4th & 5th Graders (without younger siblings) get picked up from the exit on Sandhill Dr.
